A dynamic class where we’ll flow through a sequence of yoga poses, stretching and strengthening the body. Finding what feels good in your body, this class also offers moments of stillness to connect to the power of the breath. Ending with a relaxing shavasana practice to calm the body and mind.

A blend between flow and fitness, this class includes a dynamic yoga sequence, interwoven with cardio and strength-building exercises. This practice aims to increase stamina and flexibilty, inviting challenge into the body and mind.

In this class we’ll flow through a sequence of poses to build heat, invite strength and challenge our balance, before unwinding into stillness, gently moving between passive stretches, using props to support relaxation and calm. A lovely opportunity to connect to the body and mind.
This class is suitable for beginners.
